Post-Treatment Instructions
After your treatment...
Do not eat for 2 hours after your treatment.
Continuing to drink water is crucial! Stay hydrated with plenty of water to facilitate lymphatic drainage.
Do not have caffein or carbonated drinks.
Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours.
Do NOT fast or your body will go into starvation mode and will become more resistant to releasing stored fats.
Wearing a waist trainer or any form of shaper after each session can maximize results.
Experiencing swelling, itching, and some pain is normal.
You may see results as early as two weeks, but don't be discouraged if not, as full results take 1-3 months to realize. The body will continue to excrete fat cells up to 6 months after treatment.
Try to increase your daily exercise routine (1-2 times per week).
We highly recommend you drink a detox tea.

Post-Treatment Instructions
After your wrap...
After finishing your wrap, drink a glass of warm water with a squeezed lemon or apple cider vinegar. The combination of hot water with lemon/vinegar will help give you a boost of vitamin C as well as anti-oxidant to help get rid of toxins. In addition, it acts as a diuretic and laxative helping you to shed more weight.
Apply "firm-up" cream before bed.
Avoid use of soap and lotions directly after your wrap services.
Do not shower immediately after. This will remove the elements that are working. Wait at least 2 hours after the wrap to shower. Since your body was heated up during this session it will continue to sweat even after the heaters are off and the detoxification process will continue.
Avoid foods with high fat content, tea, coffee, sodas, alcohol, and sugars in general. Do not smoke during the process. Smoking is bad and will affect the treatment negatively.
Do not put any lotions or oils on the body or face during or after the session. This may block the pores and hinder perspiration that sometimes continues after each session due the increased toxins and fats that have been released into the blood stream during each session.
Shaving your face or legs with a razor while profusely sweating after a session shows incredibly smooth results after the use of creams.
You can benefit form the relaxing and soothing effects of a regular detox session by going to sleep afterwards. The peaceful and relaxed state rendered by FIR detox will session will help you sleep easier and better.
After the session is over, do not immediately jump into the shower.
We highly recommend the use of spanks or a compression garment after your wrap to help with tightening and toning of the skin.
